Starters/ Marshalls

Job Description:

Starters:  Ensure that all players tee off as scheduled according to the tee sheet.  Document exact tee times, inform players of the rules of play and any daily rules.  Work with marshals and pro shop to maintain pace of play.

Marshalls:  Ensure target pace of play is maintained, making the game more enjoyable for all players.  You will identify groups which are out of position and assisting them to maintain an acceptable pace of play.  Document times for the starter and the professional staff.

Skills and Knowledge:  Must have exceptional customer service, time management and organizational skills.  Must have knowledge of the golf industry and the policies and guidelines for the game of golf.

Hours:  Must be able to work mid-week, weekends and holidays.  Shifts may start as early as 6:30am.  Seasonal position starting May 1, to October 31st, .

Wage:  Entry level position, may vary based on experience.

Back Shop Attendant

Job Description:  Responsible for "Back of Shop" functions such as cleat changing, golf club cleaning, cart cleaning, range set-up, and bag storage.   Responsible for course set up for tournaments and other duties as assigned by the golf professionals. 

Skills and Knowledge:  Must have exceptional customer service, time management and organizational skills.  Previous golf experience is an asset.

Hours:  Must be able to work mid-week, weekends and holidays.  Shifts may start as early as 6:00am.  Seasonal position starting May 1, to October 31st, .

Wage:  Entry level position, may vary based on experience.

Golf Shop Clerk

Job Description:  Working inside the golf shop, helping Members and guests with purchases, maintaining inventory, booking tee-times and attending to Member service issues.  Responsible for operating the P.O.S. system and handling cash and credit transactions. 

Skills and Knowledge:  Must have exceptional customer service, time management and organizational skills.  Previous golf experience is an asset with an emphasis or interest in merchandising.

Hours:  Must be able to work mid-week, weekends and holidays.  Shifts may start as early as 6:00am.  Seasonal position starting May 1, to October 31st, .

Wage:  Entry level position, may vary based on experience.

Golf Course Laborers and Equipment Operators

Job Description: Candidates will be involved in many aspects of golf course maintenance operations. We are offering part-time plus hours of 30 to 35 hours per week. Candidates should enjoy working outdoors under various weather conditions. All training is provided on site.

Hours: Must be available to work as early as 5:30 am to noon, Monday through Sunday. Seasonal position starting in April .

Wage: Entry level position, may vary based on experience.
