MEMBERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
As a private, member owned Club, members take pride in their special
place and the friends they share golf, dinner or just a late afternoon sunset on the patio with. To continue this tradition, it will come as no surprise
that Membership is a privilege and applications require sponsors, seconders and support from other members.
Individuals and families who have had the opportunity to play our course and enjoy our after golf snacks, meals and ambiance are invited to seek Sponsorship to join and enjoy OslerBrook.

MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES

Individual
|
|
Individual memberships are available in Unrestricted or Associate formats and provides golfing privileges for the Individual and children who pay their applicable dues. Children of Individual Members are allowed to pay dues as Juniors up to age 18, and as Intermediates up to age 34. (Note: Juniors may be subject to some restrictions on weekends.)

Spousal
|
|
Spousal memberships are available in Unrestricted or Associate formats and provides golfing privileges for the Spouse. The membership must be attached to an Individual or Corporate membership.

Corporate
|
|
Corporate memberships are available in the Unrestricted format. Please refer to the Corporate Membership page for full details of eligibility.

|
|
Transferable
|
|
Currently all Family, Initial Corporate and Individual memberships are transferable, allowing you to resell your membership through the club and recover a percentage of your initial costs, excluding interest and taxes. Each member will receive a redeemable debenture upon full payment of membership fees and being a member in good standing. The value of the debenture is determined by the date the member joined and class of membership that was taken up. The debenture can be redeemed through the club once the club has reached six hundred and thirty (630) Senior Active Members, a waiting list has been established and you are a "Member In Good Standing".

Upgrades
|
|
If available, members may upgrade from Associate to Unrestricted and from Individual to Family, for a cost equivalent to the difference in effect at the time of the upgrade.

Associate
|
|
An Associate Member (formerly known as a Restricted Member) as of Jan. 1, 2007 will be allowed to play Mon. - Thurs. and after 2pm on Holiday Mondays. They will not be allowed access Fri., Sat., Sun. or Holidays BUT will be allowed to play on any weekend in May before, but not including, the Victoria Day weekend and in October after the Thanksgiving Day weekend, providing they pay a Member Guest fee. Coupons may NOT be used to pay for an Associate Members weekend guest fee but the appropriate Member Guest rate will apply. Associate Members will not be allowed to participate in any weekend Member Events between Victoria Day weekend and Thanksgiving weekends each year EXCEPT, Associate Members may participate in the Club Championships but will pay a Member Guest fee rate when participating. Associate Members are permitted to use the practice facilities - Practice Range, Short Game Area and Putting Green - Monday to Thursday or after 2pm on Holiday Mondays only or if they are playing on weekends during the approved time or as a guest.

Social
|
|
Social membership includes dining room privileges only, no golfing. There will be no debenture, resale or transfer.
